Julana Torres, known as “La Colorá,” is a multifaceted artist gracing Portland and national stages for over 25 years. She returned to the stage recently after a career of teaching with Portland Public Schools where she founded the full-time dance program for Franklin High School. As a classically trained dancer, singer, and actor, Julana’s versatility as a performer, paired with her Puerto Rican roots, engages audiences in an unforgettable rhythmic experience.

Carmelo Torres was born into a life of music. As the son of legendary musician Bobby Torres, Carmelo was exposed to an extensive variety of music and instruments during his early childhood, giving him a unique perspective on music performance. He has worked alongside artists such as GRAMMY Award-winners: Los Lonely Boys, Jason Mraz, Willie Nelson, Grupo Fantasma, and Milton Nascimento. Due to his versatility in many genres of music, Carmelo has become one of the most recognizable artists in the Portland and Austin music scenes.
